For Montgomery Marina RV Resort: Rating it as an overnight stop. Resort in the title brings a bit different idea to my mind (pool, clubhouse, slab style spots). Not the case. But that said, what it does have is a secure lot with code access, a very nice owner who is responsive and answers the phone, orients you, answers questions.
The RV area is essentially a hard packed, level gravel lot. No bath house. But full hook up.
The main reason I gave a 3 for a place without a bath house is the neighboring Oyster Bar, and proximity to a cycle path and small park Makes it adequate for a stop-over.
