For Lake Charles RV Resort by Rjourney: Very nice park with all the basics. Wide concrete pads, picnic table, Easy in and out, imformive host, Good food in Iowa and not far from Pensacola. Stayed 2 nights My GPS didn't know Louisianna Cotton Dr, so a call to the office quickly explained to use Exit 48 and take SOUTH Frontage West about 2 miles (Louisiana Cotton Dr is marked with colorful flags.
I'm Traveling with 42 foot Class A pulling a car. Note there is another RV park on north frontage road that looks BAD, BAD

For Lake Charles RV Resort by Rjourney: This is no longer under the KOA brand. It芒鈧劉s called RJourney. Paved level sights. Close to freeway although it芒鈧劉s far enough away that noise isn芒鈧劉t a big issue Previous review mentions a halfway house at the entrance to the park. It芒鈧劉s actually up the road about a quarter mile. Not sure it芒鈧劉s actually a halfway house but people are living there. Not a lot of people staying here at this time. No frills park but affordable and well maintained. Pull throughs and backins. Friendly staff. We芒鈧劉d definitely stay again. The Bayou Rum Factory is just down the road! Fun place

For Lake Charles RV Resort by Rjourney: If you are working in the Iowa Louisiana area I would recommend not staying at Evaneline Oaks RV Park.
There has had numerous counts of theft at this park with no arrest made. Park does have security cameras that do not work and has not worked for several months.
At the entrance of this park is a half way house that the park has failed to mention, the park has also failed to mention the break ins.
This park also does not look anything like the wed site suggest.
