For Chester City Park: I'm always a little hesitant to pull into a "free" camping site without knowing it's ok. Fortunately, there are camping rules posted that says "free camping with a 3 day limit and donations are appreciated". There's a small lock-box with a slot for donations.
This is a lovely little city park. The gravel parking area is level and our T-Mobile had a strong signal. Perfect if you don't need hookups.

For Chester City Park: Small city park. No hook ups. Room for 3 RVs. Plenty of grassy areas for dog walking
