For Sequoia Resort and RV Park: This peaceful and quiet campground is the perfect place to reconnect with nature. Our drive took us north on CA-245 and there were some serious twists and turns to negotiate. Be careful and take your time. The manager is named Andrea and she is the nicest campground employee that we have met in over 2 years of full-time RVing! She is absolutely wonderful over the phone and we had many interesting conversations during our 1 week stay. Andrea has visited over 100 countries during her lifetime and Asia is her specialty. She also has an absolute wealth of information about the local area. We carefully squeezed our 28 foot class A RV into full hookup site #5 as it has excellent tree shade. I say "squeezed" because there is a large tree in front of the site. It was very comfortable. There is a washer and dryer that is free for guests to use. They also have complimentary bikes available. Wow! The campground also a fantastic guest shop room with free wifi and lots of DVDs. The wifi isn't blazingly fast but it's good enough for checking email, etc. My AT&T phone had zero reception but my wife's Verizon phone had 3 bars. We were able to program 2 over the air TV channels (CBS and Fox.) The private restrooms/showers were clean and well-maintained. Recycling is available. Thanks Andrea for a great experience!

For Sequoia Resort and RV Park: We loved this park. It芒鈧劉s in a rural setting with a small lake. The sites are large and private with fences between them. There are a couple of row boats, bikes and a washer and dryer available for your use free of charge. In addition to the RV sites, they have houses available. I believe it芒鈧劉s the closest full hook-up park to King芒鈧劉s Canyon and Sequoia parks. The only downside is the winding roads. It takes a long time to get anywhere so be sure and get your gas and groceries before you get there. We found the manager to be very nice.

For Sequoia Resort and RV Park: I芒鈧劉ve stayed here twice, and both times were fine. Full hookups, small sites but accessible. Google maps will give you directions up 芒鈧淒ry Creek Rd芒鈧劉 and I would NOT recommend that for big rigs. It was squirrelly for us and we were in a Roadtrek (Class B). Managers onsite, it芒鈧劉s mostly quiet, people going into the park during the day, a nice pond for fishing, limited access as far as stores go, so stock up in Visalia or wherever before you go up. Call ahead before you go to get current fire and road conditions. For me this is a great escape and shakedown trip to make sure all my systems are a go. I have everything at the site, it芒鈧劉s quiet, and not uncommon to see deer, turkeys, and hawks.
