For 12 Oaks RV Park: Strictly a full timer camp but not advertised as such. Poor quality pad, almost got trailer stuck. No working wi-fi. Close to road with lots of traffic noise. Train tracks a hundred yds on other side of road not mentioned. Between 10 pm and 7 am at least 4 trains. 冒鸥藴漏
Do not stay here.
