For Sierra Vista RV Park: We stayed at Sierra Vista RV Park in February 2022. We were there with two other couples, so we had 3 sites. I will start with the Pros芒鈧his is a 芒鈧揼ated芒鈧 park, so every night the gate was closed. We felt very safe here. Each site has a large garden shed. It was nice to be able to store our extra 芒鈧搒tuff芒鈧 when we weren芒鈧劉t using them or if the wind was bad. It also has a nice cement pad where we could step out of our unit. The rest of the sites are gravel and level, however, the gravel needs to be compacted as it is very hard to walk on. We traveled with our small dog, so every day we walked her through and around the Mobile Home Park. All the residents were extremely nice. They would often stop to chat. The park is close to lots of things to do like, Tombstone, Bisbee, Kartchner Caverns and the like.
Now for the Cons芒鈧o start with the mobile home park has two separate RV areas. If you芒鈧劉re looking at their website or brochure pictures be advised that the gravel parking lot is not shown nor do they advise you of this when you call to make reservations. One area is up by the office. It芒鈧劉s an older park, but is very nice. It appears to have a lot of permanent RV芒鈧劉s in it. It芒鈧劉s close to the pool/spa area and the laundry and recreation room. I can only comment on the laundry room as we did not use the pool/spa or recreation areas. The laundry is nice and clean but needs more machines. They have 4 washers and 4 dryers. When we used the laundry, one of the dryers was out of order. We were assigned to the newer part of the RV park, which sounds good, but in my opinion, it was not. The reason we didn芒鈧劉t use the facilities is that they are about 1 mile uphill to the main office and all the amenities. Which brings me to my first of many cons.
1: There are no restroom/shower or laundry facilities in the new area. The closest restroom/shower or laundry available is at the main area almost 1 mile away uphill, therefore, you need to drive to use any of them.
2: When we first arrived the site we were assigned to (#46) had a huge area where the dirt was exposed right where our cement pad was located. The manager at the desk said he would have some gravel brought in to cover up the bare areas. After a couple days of waiting, my husband had to shovel gravel from the other side of our motor home in order to get the dirt covered up. We never heard from the manager about this again!
3: During the work week for the full time we were there a backhoe would drive right behind our sites (20 feet away) to pick up dirt that was piled there and run it up to the playground. This caused an enormous amount of dust and noise all day long!! There are sites across the street that would not be bothered with this, but they were all full during our stay.
4: There are no trees, as shown on the website, and as the RV sites face south even with our awnings out they provided no shade, so you couldn芒鈧劉t even sit outside without being directly in the sun. Pop-up芒鈧劉s are allowed but with the constant wind they are not an option.
5: The access to the sites are VERY STEEP! Once you get onto the site they are level, however, it芒鈧劉s not compacted so after about a week our rigs were sinking into the gravel and became unlevel.
We would not stay at this park again. If you plan to stay do not go by their website pictures and ask where they are going to put you! I gave 1 star for the nice residents.

For Sierra Vista RV Park: Nice, friendly staff. Very clean, gravel sites, all sites look level. Good wi-fi. We stayed in site 27 overlooking an open area with view of mountains. Some sites seemed a bit tight, but ours was fine. Some shade trees, but not at every site. Would stay here again. 40 ft. motorhome with jeep toad.
