For Payne Lake Rec Area West: Camped two nights Sun-Mon March 12-13,2023. Gem of a spot! Sites are non-reservable and there were only a couple other campers. Pretty little lake for kayaking, fishing, swimming. Electric and water on paved sites. Bathroom/shower needed cleaning.

For Payne Lake Rec Area West: Went with our Cub Scouts pack and stayed in sites 7. The was plenty big for our Pack. We are a family pack so when we go places, we usually have 35 to 45 people. The facilities were good and the only complaint was no soap in the restroom. I was quick to inform our people that the Government doesn芒鈧劉t provide soap. So with that being the only complaint, it was an excellent camp out for our Cubs and their families. I would recommend this to others.
