For Ross County Fairgrounds: Was lured here by the apparent 4-Star rating, but upon arrival we luckily could not stay here because a rodeo had rented out the fairgrounds. The sites appear to be a grassy/gravel parking lot better suited for vendors than RVers. I would not stay here in the future.

For Ross County Fairgrounds: High voltage at our site and adjacent sites. Kept spiking above 132 volts causing surge suppressor to shut off electric to coach. Had to use generator all night to power a/c.
