For Pioneer Playhouse Trailer Park: Rough unkempt campground. Few permanent looking trailers. Felt unsafe. Would recommend only if it was a last resort. Look elsewhere. We drive a Newmar.

For Pioneer Playhouse Trailer Park: Stayed one night and left. Very tight spaces with overgrown trees. No supervision to the campground. Our Concrete picnic table was broken apart and used as a support for a makeshift sewer pipe on the trailer in the next site. Many Permanent residents had rigged above ground, temporary sewer containers. Would not recommend staying here.
