For Sumas RV Park and Campground: Mostly long terim / permanent residents with a lot of ramshackle units - no WIFI in the area we were parked in, No restroom / showers available within 100 ft (only at office)Space was fairly level and large enough for my MH and toad. Manager's are friendly but the Park needs upgraded severely.It is the1st available campground after crossing the border. Most of Sumas appears to be closed down - no real grocery store in town. Would not stay here again. I stayed in a Class A Motorhome.

For Sumas RV Park and Campground: Stereo typical RV park. Not a high end RV park at all. No amenities for the same dollar at other locations. Considerable amount of full timers and aging RVs make for a very low end appearing park. Not that we are snobs but there seem to be a lot projects going at the same time. We were disappointed by the laundry area being so filthy, grass dying, and office not inviting at all. No WiFi either.

For Sumas RV Park and Campground: This park is under new management and they are taking great steps to upgrade a place that was obviously not well maintained or managed. They have lots to projects they are working on and I will definitely be returning. The sites are nice with a decent sized area between each spot. A mix of full time and daily use.
