For Oak Bay Park Upper Campground: This is a hidden gem! A beautiful quiet campground. We were trying to get into a state park and I芒鈧劉m glad we didn芒鈧劉t find an empty site. The electric sites are sloped but you have a pretty good amount of room and a great view. There is also a wooded area and a beach area that do not have hookups but was 90% empty compared to the state campgrounds that are a 100% full and more expensive on top of that. $25 for electric and $20 no hookups.
