For Old American Campground: The campground is open all year but because it closes down over 2/3rds of the area from September we were lucky to get in without a booking. All 50 amp sites are back-in and spaces are tight. It芒鈧劉s a pretty campground but its looking rather tired. The hot tub advertised on their web site has been condemned by the State health department. We decided not to use their laundry or bathrooms because they didn芒鈧劉t look that clean. Despite an advertised offer of $89 for two nights we were charged $50 a night. We would have kept driving if there had been any alternative places open within 100 miles.
