For Artic RV Park: Starting off with the positives, the staff and long term tenants were very nice and there is the convenient Artic Pub next door. There are a a couple good restaurants down the way within 5-7 miles along with a two supermarkets. Now the not so good, we booked this location based on what we read they offered through this site and in speaking with the owner. The length of our Motorhome limits us at times yet Artic RV claims they can accommodate up to 75 foot big rigs which gave us a confident impression. We requested full hookups over the phone and charged $50 per day which seemed very reasonable. Upon arriving to our site we hooked up our water and realized we only had 30amp power which we could work around. The next morning however we went to hook up our sewer only to find out we had no sewer. When we inquired, we were told there was no sewer hookup but there was a,鈥滵ump Station鈥. Still trying to remain positive, we were very disappointed to find this out. Walking up to find the dump station we saw that it was in essence a pipe going into the ground not an actual station. There is no hose or water source to help you flush your black tank. So this morning we now leave here with our grey and black tanks full until we get to our next destination.

For Artic RV Park: Really sweet little park! We芒鈧劉re here for two nights and I芒鈧劉m definitely enjoying it. Our spot is very green and roomy and our pets are so happy to have extra room to romp! Met the very very nice owner in the pub at the entrance of the park and payed for our stay there. I haven芒鈧劉t eaten anything yet - but the food looked and smelled amazing. Traffic noise from 101 is fairly loud but could be worse. Overall quite happy here!

Chewey 
For Artic RV Park: Great little RV park with gardens and trails. Sites well spaced and most are deep in tree cover. Plenty of tent camps. A little road noise from the 101 but settles down in the evening. Niceven showers and you can play ping-pong while doing laundry.

For Artic RV Park: Decent site for one night. Reasonably priced. Lovely owners. Quite a few permanent residence. Reasonably priced. Large private property converted to a RV Park.
