For Beach RV Park: Friendly owner. Clean, modern bathrooms. Nice new deck beside the river. Some sites for overnight are grassy and pleasant. Looks like about 90% of this Park is monthly or permanent. Traffic noise from freeway across the river.

Slip N Slide
For Beach RV Park: Week in 40芒鈧劉 MH and visit was OK. Nothing much to do in surrounding area and a week was too long for us. Mostly permanent residents and contractors. Back two rows were well setup for daily and weekly guests. WIFI was fair, cable hookup requires a $100.00 refundable deposit. Landscaping with large trees all around. Some areas had a lot of lawn and others did not. Did not use laundry or shower facilities. Large grass area for pets was great ( next to the tent area ). Utilities were functional and water valves are located in underground vaults.
