For Horseshoe - Lake Whitney State Park: Nice campground, level sites. The playground is just swings but you can wander the woods with the kids and go check out parts of the lake that don't have direct access.
We came her in 03/2018 for an Avion trailer rally. Great deal for full-hookups.
Cell service was good, 20Mbps on AT&T and 16Mbps on Verizon.

For Horseshoe - Lake Whitney State Park: Beautiful campground. 2nd time here. Sites need some leveling but we found one that was pretty level. Lots of sand burrs...had to de burr the dogs every time we walked them!
