For Texan RV Ranch: We originally made a reservation at this campground for a 4 night stay. We recently purchased a new fifth wheel and got a late start the first day thus not making it in. Totally understandable we lost our first night deposit. We finally arrive the next day and get setup at our campsite and get a call for a family emergency. We had to immediately start rigging down and head back home. I sent my wife to the office to explain our situation and the receptionist was not understanding and somewhat being plain rude. She said she would not refund our money whatsoever. Their cancellation policy was a 24hr notice. I could understand loosing another night but not 4 nights. Don't plan on having a clean vehicle as the campground was so dusty it had our allergies in a hype just an hour in. The campground is not as advertised on their website and run down. I usually don't have anything bad to say about anything or anyone but the attitude and circumstances were pitiful. I DO NOT recommend staying here at all. Don't waist your money.

For Texan RV Ranch: Very accommodating, nice park, nice shop. Stay here every time I'm in the area.
