For Bay Colony RV Resort and Mail Center: Only stayed one night. It this was a nice park. Mostly full timers. Concrete roads and pads. Maintains a few spots for overnight guests. Some a little tite for large rigs to maneuver but can be done . Few trees. Easy access to I-45. Park office is located in storage office. No issue with traffic noise.
