For Marina Village Park: The green grass sites are for the permanent residents. The few temporary RV sites are sandy. We got stuck in the soft sand trying to pull through. The naval air base nearby is regularly used, and some planes fly overhead so low the windows on our RV rattle. There is no wifi available, nor cable tv. The laundry room is in dire need of cleaning.
