For Kinser Park: Sites are neither paved nor are they even close to level. Most RVs have permanent porches and steps attached. I would say it was more of a trailer park with a few rv sites than a place to camp. There is a pool and a boat ramp. Going downstream will bring you to a large industrial waterfall. I wouldn't suggest it.
