Just a Camper 
For Toketee Campground: We stayed here in April for one night. This is one of the few campgrounds near Crater Lake that is open all year. There are no facilities, but therefore we paid only $10. The Toketee waterfall is nearby and I recommend taking the 1/2 mile hike there.
It was beautiful.
