For Lava Flow Campground: Davis lake was formed by a Lava flow that created a natural dam to Odell Creek. This campground is right next to this lava flow and this geologic oddity is its only redeeming quality. The campground is a dusty bowl with access to the lake via a reed choked canal. I wouldn't spend a night here unless there was no other option.
