For Three Valley Resort: The roads are not maintained at all. The dump station is not marked AND it directly in front of the shower house. The shower houses are not maintained and actually disgusting I was very thankful I have a shower in my rv. There is a lot of seasonal permanent but in my spot I didn芒鈧劉t find that to be a problem.
The plus side it is a quiet campground and they do have a security guy that monitors speed and any issues. It did rain our entire stay 6 nights and we did have to use 4x4.
In short finding your spot will be stressful (the camp map was a joke) as long as you have a shower once your in your spot you can enjoy yourself and the surrounding area. Prepare fir more stress when you depart.

For Three Valley Resort: muddy rutted roads and sites make it miserable in the rainy season. Mostly seasonals. Had to get towed out of my site to leave!
