For Bader Memorial Park: This county park is a short drive from I-80, but is in a very quiet and relaxing rural setting. The two times I have stayed here it was not at all crowded. Informally designated sites are scattered around the tree-lined edge of a level field. There are some short trails for a bit of exercise and a small beach on a pond. I did not use the electrical hookups or the bathrooms. If you value quiet simplicity over elegance, Bader Park is a great overnight.

For Bader Memorial Park: Good for families with the beach and swimming. Nice trail, for horses too.
