For Town and Country RV Resort: The sites have nice shade from trees and are a decent size. Basic cable TV included in the price. Phone reception for Verizon was decent. Quiet: over 2 miles from the freeway. Laundry facilities were ok but dryer was expensive and we needed to run one of them a second time.

For Town and Country RV Resort: Ok park, just don't use laundry. After 35 states this Sumner, this has the most expensive dryers, plus they don't dry with one time. Glad I did not wash our towels.
