For KOA Holiday St Augustine Beach: I was very surprised at how well run this campground is after reading reviews. We travel in a van and were out in a back in area against the fence and had no road noise. Very few sites by us were being used. The park was clean, the personnel were friendly and helpful. The bathrooms are older and I would love for it to be updated but the showers and toilets were clean. Water was hot and there was plenty of pressure. The location was good with a public beach with large parking lot 3/4 miles down 1 road. The beach in this area is outstanding. Very wide with good sand.

For KOA Holiday St Augustine Beach: Back in site was cramped and very unlevel. Showers need shelves for soap and shampoo. Good location but very expensive for what you get.

For KOA Holiday St Augustine Beach: So it芒鈧劉s not the worst but it needs a lot of improvement. First off, I do not recommend staying in the sites in front of the tent sites/cabins. It was a non stop party while we were there. Music blasting, kids screaming, constant walking through our site to get to the bathhouse even tho the campground build a nice walkway/cut through. It was so frustrating that we left 2 days early. The staff is nice. They even refunded some of our money which we didn芒鈧劉t ask for or expect. Some people just don芒鈧劉t have any camping etiquette and that芒鈧劉s not the campgrounds fault. But as far as the campground, the sites were not as explained. We paid for a deluxe pull through. It was so tight and had a huge shoulder drop off. You couldn芒鈧劉t even sit out and enjoy yourself because there was so room. Not to mention the foot traffic through our site. But it did look like they had some very nice, spacious, level sites on the property. We just didn芒鈧劉t get that. So beware of what site you get and try to get some photos of the actual site before you book.

For KOA Holiday St Augustine Beach: I芒鈧劉ve stayed at many KOAs and this one is a disappointment, especially since it had a 4 star rating on 快三平台. It feels run down. We stayed on a full hookup patio site. The 芒鈧損atio芒鈧� was a concrete slab with a cheap round table a four mismatched cheap chairs stacked because the patio was too small to fit them around the table. Site was paved but uneven and pavement was old, cracked, and bulging. Our site was a 芒鈧搇akeside芒鈧� site, but we had to face away from the lake, with a road between us and the lake, which was just a narrow swampy pond. It is an okay spot for exploring the area, but very expensive for the condition of the park. If you like to sit outside at your campsite, I would recommend staying somewhere else. Location is the only good thing I can say about this park.

For KOA Holiday St Augustine Beach: I was disappointed in this campground. We were assigned to site 28 which butts up against a car wash and busy Highway. The site was very small. There is no room to park your vehicle without obstructing your view when sitting outside. After walking around the campground we were clearly in the worse site on the campground. I wish I had read the reviews beforehand. Guess you pay for location. It was an easy bike ride to the beach and Uber rides to town where all the attractions are ran $8-$11 depending on the day. The bathrooms were clean. The sites by the water were nice but still on top of each other. The cabins were cute.

For KOA Holiday St Augustine Beach: First night here- gorgeous lot facing the pond. Ducks, birds, squirrels, grills at each lot and fire pit. So far so good!!

For KOA Holiday St Augustine Beach: As others have said in previous reviews, the sites are a bit tight, however the location for exploring old Saint Augustine and historical sites is very convenient. There is a small amount of greenery in between each spot providing a little bit of separation and privacy. It does appear that there are quite a lot of improvements going on at the park. Lots of new shrubs, new walkways, and general maintenance.
