For Topics RV Resort: Booked for a month. Park is said to be an Rv Resort. Not even close. It芒鈧劉s a mobile home park that allows Rvs. Most open spots aren芒鈧劉t set up for an Rv. There are grass and pad sites. But the sewer is in different spots depending on the site. Water is 30 feet from pad. Electric (50 amp) was 35-40 feet away. 1st time I ever had to get an extension cord. Make sure you have plenty of everything for w/s/e. You芒鈧劉ll need it. I gave it 3 stars because of location and it was quite. There are many Rv芒鈧劉s but most are long term or permanent. Rv芒鈧劉s are mixed in with mobile homes. Should have one area just Rv芒鈧劉s. Worked for us this time but won芒鈧劉t do again.

For Topics RV Resort: Terrible sites. In a field. Everything old. Electric wired improperly. Water spicket broke and old style wouldn't seal on hose. Electric boxes old with wires hanging out. Mostly permanent trailers. Electric, water and sewer all 30 ft apart from each other. $49 camping fee not worth $10.
