For KOA Holiday Clearwater Lake Tarpon: A basic KOA.
Grounds are clean. Staff is friendly.
Only issue is booked a premium back in site for a 40’ Renegade.
The lot was gravel with a nice paver patio. Lot was probably 4’ out of level from end to end and 2’ side to side. Power post was at the front of the lot and water sewer at the opiate end.
When I said it wouldn’t work my front wheels are food the ground they said they could move me to a pull through Premium site. At a cost of $30 a night more.
If I am ever in the area again I will look elsewhere.

For KOA Holiday Clearwater Lake Tarpon: Great campground and excellent bathrooms. Friendly and helpful staff really made the experience. They gave great advice on accessing the Pinellas Trail (bike and hike) which connects countless communities near the shore. Don’t miss Tarpon Springs for the sponge fleet.
The only negative is road noise from the highway (we were wuite near the front of the grounds.

For KOA Holiday Clearwater Lake Tarpon: Ask for a site near the back, away from the road noise. Good location. Clean and well-maintained.

For KOA Holiday Clearwater Lake Tarpon: This is our third time staying here. While more expensive then we would typically pay, the campground is one mile from family, so super convenient. The park is immaculate. Staff is very nice and helpful. Will stay again. In 40’ motorhome with tow car.

For KOA Holiday Clearwater Lake Tarpon: This Park is really beautiful, the landscaping is beautifully manicured and always maintained, the sites are ample sized and some also have a paver patio with paver fire rings lounge chairs included!! The pool area is also really nice, it is on the smaller size, but the park itself is on the smaller size. The public bathrooms and showers are nice and clean. The staff was really helpful and pleasant. It’s located pretty conveniently near Tarpon springs and Dunedin. Both are really cool but there are more restaurant choices in Dunedin. If I had to say anything Negative about this Park it’s that it’s located on a Major highway and their is a bit of road noise if your close to the Entrance, which I was. But after the first night I really didn’t notice it and I sleeped really well.
