For Imperial Manor Mobile Home And RV Park: Very reasonable pricing. This is a 55+ park, so at least one person in the party needs to be aged 55+. Park is clean and well maintained. The only thing that is different with this park is that it does not feel like an RV park. This feels more like a mobile home park and most of the slots have permanent mobile homes parked here. What slots are not used by mobile homes are used for RV芒鈧劉s. Spots do have full hookups (Water, Sewer, and both 30 & 50 amp plugs). I think they have cable, but I didn芒鈧劉t check since I have dish satellite on my unit. I only spoke with the manager via phone when making my reservation, and I paid my lot rental by dropping off a money order through the office door slot. But the manager seemed very nice over the phone. I feel that this location deserves to be rated 5 stars.
