For Derby Reach Regional Park: Great place with all sites right beside the river, stayed 6 nights, perfect for exploring Vancouver and Fraser Valley. Very friendly and informative hosts. Trains can be a little noisy as they run all night.

For Derby Reach Regional Park: Stayed here 3 nights in May, 2016. All 38 back in sites right to the edge of the scenic and mighty Fraser River. Enjoyed watching numerous tug boats towing barges and log booms, and other river traffic. Numerous walking trails through forest, along the river bank. We were very pleased with our time here. No reservations, so it will be difficult to get a spot in July/August, especially weekends. Come Monday to Wednesday very early, and be prepared wait a few hours to 11:00 chrck in time.
