For Turpentine Creek RV Wildlife Refuge: Really, really a great stop. Mid-November visit but weather cooperated with clear days and 60 deg. The vista from the RV area is a "miles around" type. The animals are humbling to be near. Our parking sight was directly beside the paddock containing "Montana", large sociable and vocal tiger more than happy huff and puff around for you. The sight is a bit pricey but most of your money is going directly the care and feeding of these rescued animals. Only caution, if your rig has a long overhang in the back so slow and sideways turning off the highway as the initial incline on the drive in is fairly steep.

For Turpentine Creek RV Wildlife Refuge: Great stay. The refuge is cool and has some neat animals. If you don't like that concept, then you might as well go elsewhere.
