Front lot is at corner of Monroe and East 3rd Street, right across from the NCW Fairs Main Office. To access the Back Lot, turn east on East 3rd Street off Monroe Street. East 3rd becomes Airport Way once it heads north. You will see the access point near the back gate of the NCW Fairgrounds.
