From Hwy 287 head S on S Fifth St (traffic light & Ace Hardware on SE corner). After 0.7 mi, it ends at Fifth St. Turn E on Fremont. Go past the park to the S and past the baseball field and turn S on S Third St/City Park Drive. About 100 yards S is the sign for Free Overnight Parking. RVs to E along the river & tents to W on the lawn under the park trees.
