Fremont NF, From the Paisley Ranger District Office, drive 11 mi north of Paisley on Highway 31. Turn left on FR 29 Government Harvey Road. Go 10 mi to the top of Winter Rim and turn left. Stay on Road 29 for 2 more miles. At the junction with paved FR 28, turn left and go 4.5 miles.
