Umpqua NF, From the North Umpqua Ranger Station, (16 mi east of Roseburg on State Highway 138), take Highway 138 east for 23 mi to Road 38, Steamboat Creek Road. Continue on Road 38 to Road 3810 and turn right. Cross the bridge, stay to the left, and continue on 3810 for 1 mile to Steamboat Falls Campground.
